ClearCrew is developing ClearLead AI, an inquiry management service for commercial cleaning companies. Our focus is simple: turn more inquiries into organized opportunities.
The assistant is designed to work within company-approved information, collect quote requests, check configured service criteria, and leave uncertain or sensitive decisions to people. We do not promise leads, appointments, or increased revenue.
The current public preview uses fictional information and deterministic rules. Demo requests are stored only in your browser. Live AI, email notifications, and pilot billing are not connected by this preview.
Before a live pilot
Server-side intake, tested authentication and tenant isolation, authorized notifications, legally reviewed privacy and service terms, and operational monitoring are required. Optional AI and Stripe integrations need explicitly configured credentials. Hosting, domains, usage-based AI, messaging, and payment transaction fees may incur costs; confirm provider pricing before activation.
Browser, security, payment, notification, and deployment acceptance tests have not been executed in this editing environment. This preview must not be treated as production-ready.
